 I believe “YOU MATTER” Whatever dream you have that you have wanted to take action on, but haven’t because you’re too afraid or you don’t think you can make a difference.  I’m here to tell you CANCEL!  Not True.  “YOU MATTER.”  What you do can and will make a difference in someone’s life and YOUR DREAM MATTERS!  YOU MATTER!  Whatever dream you have it matters.  You have no idea how it may positively affect someone or the world.  So part of my mission, my purpose is to let everyone know that “YOU MATTER” and help you to have the mindset shift so you will take action on your dreams no matter how big or small they seem because I know they matter. 

Your Mind is your most powerful tool.  More specifically your mindset determines your level of success or lack of success.  It determines whether you feel like you’re working hard or things are coming with a sense of ease, and most of all your mindset will determine whether you manifest your big dream into a big vision or you just dream about it.

Your big dream may look like:

• a holistic practice where you help people get rid of chronic pain
• a Coach who wants to help people achieve their goals.
• A non-profit organization that helps kids.
• Or something completely unique to you.

In order for you to manifest your big dream into your vision and manifest it into the world you have to shift your mindset.  What I see most people do is try to shift their mindset through their intellect.  I know because I tried that, too. I took all kinds of training and thought if I just learn the right thing I’ll be able to step into my big vision….., and it didn’t work.

 What I had to do first was heal my heart.  I had to look at my wounds, my buttons, my hurt spots that were causing me to react in different situations rather than respond to the situation and heal those so I could move forward on creating my big vision into the world and start acting on my truth.  Now I haven’t healed every hurt spot that causes me to react, but I have a lot less then I used to.  All of those buttons were preventing me from having the mindset shift I needed to have so I would take action on my big vision, and it’s the same thing that is stopping you.  If you have a dream of doing something different than you are now and you haven’t acted on it, you probably have some wounds that have been holding you back. 

The only way you are going to be able to do that is to have a mindset shift.  You need to shift your mindset to success and that happens 2 ways by healing the heart and learning how to utilize the power of your mind.
